Coaching weekend with MAS Consulting for our employees

On 1-3 February 2019, in Hotel Zimnik in Lipowa, a training and integration weekend was organised for employees of our company. This event was prepared in view of the dynamic development of the company and to build new competences for our employees and the managerial staff. The training sessions were organized in cooperation with MAS Consulting firm, who have extensive experience in cooperation with such corporations as Castorama, Polish Post Office, Orlen, as well as with an international leader in the market of accounting and auditing services, from the so-called Big Four group – KPMG. The main issues addressed during the coaching sessions were: communication, employee appraisal system, personal data protection, new branding and cooperation between the company “TEMIDA Księgowi” and the foundation “TEMIDA Arts & Business”.
